What is the Validity of Transfer Operations
Passenger reservations must be made and can be made for cancellations at least 12 hours before the start time of all necessary services. If passenger reservations and services, or records thereof, are not used for transfer services, or if they wish to cancel less than 12 hours before the start of the necessary services, no refund will be made. Purchased closed products and services by passengers during this time cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded for any reason. In case of delays or waiting times exceeding approximately 2 hours for any reason, the obligation to wait for the transfer vehicle is lifted shortly thereafter. Approximately 3 people are authorized to register on behalf of all passengers who receive the service covered by this contract, but who do not have a signature on the necessary service stages and especially in the contracts. These services are deemed to have accepted the provisions of the necessary contracts by reading and signing this contract in the airport transfer areas. Furthermore, these contracts are drawn up in 2 copies and signed by the parties, and all disputes arising from the contracts are applied within the scope of the relevant articles of the highway transportation law.
