Acrylic Tennis Court System Layers
To apply the existing area, a foundation excavation is made, leaving 25 cm of the foundation concrete exposed. With the help of 8 mm diameter rebar, foundation formworks are connected with beams at the corners. Anchor sockets are placed inside the formwork and concrete is poured over them. After filling 15 cm of the exposed 25 cm part with plant-mix, compaction is done using a vibrating roller. The remaining 10 cm part is covered with fine gravel on the ground, and an abrasion asphalt coating is applied. To ensure there are no undulations on the surface, it is watered for 3 weeks to allow gases in the asphalt to evaporate and to clear it of foreign substances. As with the construction of the tennis court, vertical pipes are connected to each other by welding in 3 rows at the bottom, middle, and top. After a service gate is built on one side of the court, it is painted with industrial paint. 12 Olympic-type lights with a power of 400 Watts each are installed on the court. The Primer layer, made of transparent single-component acrylic polymer, ensures increased adhesion of the asphalt surface. The Resurfacer layer, mixed with silica sand and 100% concentrated acrylic latex binder, is poured onto the concrete surface and used to increase the adhesion of concrete or asphalt surfaces. The Cushion, the 3rd layer of the tennis court, is applied in 3 layers over the Resurfacer to form a compacted homogeneous thickness of 1 mm using granulometric rubber particles.

These turfs, suitable for all weather conditions, are very practical and long-lasting. The Cushion, which provides elasticity to the ground, contains a high-performance latex binder. For the color layer and line marking paint, necessary for both indoor carpet field construction and tennis court construction, an acrylic paint filled with silica sand is used. The game field lines, defined with tile red, light green, and dark green colors, are applied to control the speed of the game.
